  • Upper body
    • Children: Infant to 7 years of age, please submit
    • 2 - 3 photos
    • Name of child
    • Age of child
    • Parent contact information (name, address, phone, email)
    Children: 8 years and older can take Basic Modeling Course or specific classes.
